Registration
The organization offers registration including accommodation to all attendees in Villa Universitaria, where the University of Alicante Campus is located.
3 nights are included in the registration (26, 27 and 28 June 2022).
Breakfast is included.
You can choose a single room or a room to share with another attendee.

*Students are asked to provide a certificate from their institution or a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full-time student. Please upload your certificate/confirmation letter as a PDF document in “My documents” tab on the attendee portal.
Room to share: Each participant will indicate the name of the other participant to share the room in the registration form.
Attendees who do not need accommodation must send a request to secretary@halophiles2022.eu to manage the registration.
Presenting authors will be required to register for the conference by 11th May 2022 to confirm attendance.
Extra nights: You can book extra nights at Villa Universitaria for the 25th (check in) and 29th June (to check out the 30th). Please note that the room type must be the same than the one included in your registration.
Accommodation to share with non-attendants: You need to select the registration type for single room and add an upgrade in the menu "Other services" of the registration page.
Gala dinner and fireworks: a supplement of 25€ is requested for those who want to attend the gala dinner. You can also get a ticket for your companion.

FEMS grants
The FEMS grant will allow the HALOPHILES2022 Organizing Committee to financially support (student early registration fee, accommodation to share, €300) a maximum of 12 European and non-European Early Career Scientists.

Villa Universitaria
All rooms have a small entrance with office and have a full individual bathroom, internet, telephone, television, air conditioning hot/cold and minibar.

Invoices
If you require an invoice in the name of a Company or Institution, please complete the billing information in the "My Data" tab on the Attendee Portal. You will be able to download the invoice within 4-6 days.
